This store is operated by Multivisions, 3484 boul. Des Sources, Suite 416, Dollard-des-Ormeaux, QC H9B 1Z9, Canada. Throughout these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Multivisions, and “you” means the person placing an order or using the site.

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your province or state, and that the information you give us is accurate.

Adding items to your cart and paying is an offer to buy, not a completed contract. The contract is formed when we accept your order and ship it. Until then we may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item turns out to be unavailable, if the price was wrong, or if we cannot verify the payment or the delivery address. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

You do not need an account to buy from us. We identify orders by the email address you give at checkout, so please make sure it is right.

• All prices are in Canadian dollars.
• The amount shown at checkout is the amount we charge you.
• Payment is taken by PayPal on its own secure checkout page. We never see or store your card number.
• Prices, product details and availability can change at any time before you order.

Product prices are confirmed from our own records at the moment you check out, so the price you pay is the current one even if a page was open in your browser for a while. If a price is obviously wrong — a decimal point in the wrong place, say — we may cancel the order and refund you rather than honour the mistake, and we will tell you why.

We check stock before taking payment. Very occasionally an item sells out between the two, in which case we contact you and either send a replacement you are happy with or refund that item.

We ship within Canada and the United States. Shipping is free on orders over $99.00 and $9.99 otherwise, as shown at checkout.

Delivery dates given by us or a carrier are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, the weather, strikes or customs. Orders shipped to the United States may attract duties or import charges, which are yours to pay.

Much of what we sell is compatible, alternative or remanufactured — made or refilled by someone other than the printer manufacturer. Where a product is described that way, it is not an original manufacturer (OEM) cartridge, and we say so on the product page.

Brand names, printer models and OEM part numbers appear on this site only to tell you which printers a cartridge fits. Those names and numbers belong to their respective owners, and their use here does not mean we are endorsed by or affiliated with them.

If a cartridge we sold you damages your printer, tell us straight away and we will work with you to put it right. If you are unsure how a compatible cartridge sits with your printer’s warranty, check the terms of that warranty with the manufacturer before you order — or call us and we will talk it through.

Most items can be returned within 30 days. The full terms, including who pays the shipping, are on our returns and refunds page, which forms part of this agreement.

We sell products that work. If a cartridge is defective, leaks, or is not what you ordered, contact us and we will replace it or refund it. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, products are supplied without any other warranty, and any manufacturer’s warranty is between you and that manufacturer.

We are responsible for supplying the goods you ordered and for refunding or replacing them if we get it wrong. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — lost profits, lost data, downtime — and our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for death or personal injury.

Please do not use the site to break the law, to interfere with how it runs, to scrape or copy the catalogue wholesale, or to try to gain access to parts of it that are not yours. We may withdraw access if you do.

The text, layout and images we own on this site remain ours. Product photographs and descriptions supplied by manufacturers remain theirs.

How we handle your personal information is set out in our privacy policy, which also forms part of this agreement.

We may update these terms. The version published here when you place an order is the one that applies to that order, so changes are never applied backwards.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and the courts of Quebec have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the consumer law of the place where you live, including Quebec’s Consumer Protection Act.
